ALL LEVELS
Bachata is by far the most romantic Latin dance performed in clubs today. With its sultry movements and distinctive music, you are sure to fall in love with this Dominican treasure. In this progressive class, you will learn a great deal of intermediate moves to impress everyone on the dance floor.
Bachata is danced much closer than salsa, and involves a great deal of upper body control.
Starting July 21st to August 25th

YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Steven Cheng
Steven has been dancing, performing, and choreographing for over a decade now. Started with the street styles of breaking, popping, and urban hip hop, he picked up all the essential techniques then dove head first into partner dancing in 2013. Since then he has been choreographing for the Only Human Dance Collective and participating in the annual Festival of Dance hosted at the Hart House Theatre. Nowadays you'll find him at various popular dance socials leading and following, performing at various congresses and events, or grooving as he walks around campus.
